The community of Vista Verde North boasts lush green, beautifully manicured landscaping throughout the entire property. As you enter this lovely home, you'll immediately notice how well maintained this cheery open-concept condo will work for your vacation.

The spacious kitchen has hard-wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. Imagine enjoying delicious dinners cooked in this well equipped kitchen during your stay.

The 2nd bedroom has access to the other bathroom with stand up shower through a door from the room, adding privacy during your vacation. Both bedrooms have walk in closets.

For fitness enthusiasts, the Pinellas county bike trail can be found right outside the community and has miles of biking/walking trails. The condo is conveniently located minutes from Beautiful Gulf beaches, downtown St Pete with plenty of dining and shopping options and less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport!

- Animals are not allowed at this property for any reason.
- Noise complaints will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.
- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $100 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
