Excellent spot for our baseball trip

House was clean and in excellent working condition. Host was easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Our boys enjoyed the pool and games that were available. Quick drive to the ft meyers beach and restaurants. Easy drive to all the fields for baseball.

The home was wonderful. Spacious and clean. Centrally located in the Cape. The home had everything you could need during your stay. Kitchen was well appointed. Garage game room was fun for the kids. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely book this home again. Zero issues with the rental while we were there.

Place was clean. Host was prompt in responding. Pool was nice. Kitchen was lacking pots, pans and other cooking equipment. The tiki hut is about ready to be demolished and treacherous to walk to. The original master bedroom closet was padlocked and assumed used for storage. A few things needs some TLC. 3rd bath was out by the pool. We moved from a canal place off 21st for 5800 for 2 weeks. Our 2nd year staying there. This was 10K for 7 days. Not worth the money. Had I known we would have stayed at the other place and made due without the 4th bed room. Pictures are misleading

This was a wonderful property to rent. We had 5 adults and 2 young children on our trip. The house more than accommodated our needs.Great location in the Yacht Club area. Close to stores and restaurants.First stop - straight to the pool. We spent hours there and had a blast! Plenty of pool towels.The kitchen was beautiful and big! More than enough dishes for a large group. The pots, pans, and baking sheets were high quality. Ice maker made lots of ice.Plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Bathrooms had enough towels and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Loved the pool bathroom off of the pool deck. Very convenient.The game room was a hit! We loved playing there.Fishing in the canal was a daily event for us. Caught a couple fish. This property had fishing gear we could use and was in good working order.We would highly recommend this rental property and it will be on our list to rent again.
