Sip Your Morning Coffee and Watch Sea Otter and Sea Lions Play

Location, Location, Location! This luxury home is as close as you can get to the ocean in Seward. A pair of otters feed right in front of the house. Watch sealions swim past along with the occational orca or humpback. While under construction the property was nicknamed the Front Row. If you like a spectacular view, the Front Row has it with the Bay, surrounded mountains and glacial views. The view from the third floor master bedroom will simply take your breath away. All three bedrooms have great views. The Seward Front Row Townhouse has three King bedrooms with one King bed in each, and three and a half baths. We provide three tall queen airbeds for extra guests. Bad weather is not a problem as the Hot Tub is tucked under an overhang with a great view of the bay. You can see Fox island 12 miles down the bay. Sit around the large firepit in the front yard with your family and friends!

No car is needed; you're 2 blocks from shops and restaurants, the shuttle pick up is just down the street and there is a bike path along the waterfront leading to the harbor with fishing charters and tours of Kenai Fjord National Park. Cabs charge $5 to anywhere in town. When the Silver salmon are in you can fish right in front of the house and we have a fish cleaning sink in the garage so bring home what you catch.

We offer tour planning and tour booking and have neightbor properties we work with to accommodate larger groups.

Beautiful home with incredible views! Host was very responsive and check-in could not have been easier. My son loved the playground across the street which was an added bonus. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Seward.

Beautiful location with great views of the bay

We enjoyed staying at this house for a winter weekend visit to Seward. The hot tub is great and the views from the master bedroom are amazing.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is wonderful. And the day we were suppose to leave in the morning, we had snow and the manager texted me first and offered to let us stay. I have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. Will certainly be back.

Best in Seward

This has got to be the best place to stay in Seward. Awesome views from deck and bedrooms. The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub every evening which they really appreciated after a day of adventure. Close to downtown restaurants and gift shops. Easy check in and a notebook filled with many suggestions.

Spend 3 nights and 4 days at this amazing location. Gorgeous house. Plenty of room for 5 kids and two adults. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Lovely hot tub on a spacious deck with an amazing view of the ocean and mountains. Fire pit to sit at out front. Def will rebook, perfect Seward stay !

Seward oasis

This property was AMAZING! The house was very clean, super close to town, and had spectacular views all around. Sarah answered any questions I had and made sure we knew the Aurora was out. We will definitely book again for any Seward stays!

Wow! I WILL BE BACK!

This VRBO was everything and more. Location, Amenities, Layout, Kitchen, hot tub, flexibility, ALL TOP NOTCH. The location is perfect for walking to a coffee shop in the morning or a stroll by the ocean. Comfortable beds, amazing hot tub with a view and super smooth check in and out. We didn't feel unsafe, or unwelcome, parking was great and I will 100% recommend this VRBO.

50th Birthday Celebration

Group of 5 women celebrating a 50th birthday and a divorce. Home was perfect for hosting large group, making meals in the wonderful kitchen and taken in the view from the hot tub. Also enjoyed a hike out Tonsina Point.

Great Stay!

The condo was fantastic! Much bigger in person than in the photos. Great location. We walked to town, the sea life center and even up to the marina. We arrived early off the train and were able to store our bags until check in. The large family area and hot tub were so welcome after day trips from Seward. The views from the house and the deck were incredible. Would highly recommend visiting Seward and staying at this property.

Great Seward escape!

This was our second time visiting this property in Seward and we love it every time. The views are unbeatable and the location is perfect for exploring all that Seward has to offer. Our group included two kids under 5 and an infant and it was great to have a large, open living area for the kids to play on a rainy day. The beds are super comfortable and it was convenient that each room had their own bathroom. Tom was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and communication with the property manager, overall, was great. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Fantastic Stay

This was an incredible place to stay in Seward. The views from the deck, hot tub and living room were beautiful. The kitchen was large enough to cook breakfast and dinner. It was easily walkable into dinner options and local shops. The bathroom and bedroom set up was perfect. A bedroom down stairs with a bathroom. Bathroom off the main living space. And then two large bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to do laundry as well. There was a garage that was easily accessible as well! The people in the area were so friendly. We did a sightseeing and fishing all day tour that left from the marina with Saltwater Tours. The captains were very knowledgeable about the area and it was a perfect excursion. The boat only fit 15 total people and it ended up being just our family of 7. Cannot wait to come back-would stay here again!!

The property was amazing. It has a great waterfront view. We did some meal preparations, and we had everything that we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. This is one of the nicest properties that I have rented thru VRBO. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 story townhome overlooking the water and mountains. The hot tub was a plus. The first (bottom) floor has a bedroom and private bath. The second floor includes the kitchen and living area with a porch. And the top floor has the remaining 2 bathrooms. The washer/dryer is in the bedroom upstairs which was a bit inconvenient if someone was sleeping. There are 3 entries to the house – by the garage (where you park your car), to the alley, or to the deck where you can get to the walkway across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was very convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely spectacular house!

This house is perfect! Great location, amazing views, and easy accessibility to all Seward has to offer. We watched sea lions in the bay while enjoying our morning coffees from the hot tub. We will definitely come back some day!
