Parking is on street, which is free and unlimited throughout our neighborhood, but can be harder to find late at night. On site parking in our driveway is available at an additional 40/night. There is also an off site paid lot two blocks away if needed.

You'll have the entire penthouse apartment to yourself. The backyard area and laundry area are shared.
