You have the entire second floor to yourself, with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. There is shared laundry in the basement, high-speed fiber-optic, and free on-street parking.

The lovely, light-filled bedrooms feature top quality LLBean bedding and cozy Pendleton wool blankets. There is a comfortable living room stocked with books, board games, and a wall-mounted TV, additional seating in the light-filled turret, and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.
The apartment offers two Roku TVs with multiple streaming subscriptions, a Bose bluetooth speaker, and a heat pump to keep the space toasty warm in the winter and comfortably cool in the summer, all while limiting environmental impact.
Many original features are retained, from the turrets, stained glass, and high ceilings, to the original trim and wainscoting, and charming full bath with porcelain clawfoot tub.
Sustainable soaps and lotions from Grove Collaborative will keep you clean and comfortable while supporting an environmentally friendly local business.

Parking is on street, which is free and unlimited throughout our neighborhood, but can be harder to find late at night. On site parking in our driveway is available at an additional 40/night. There is also an off site paid lot two blocks away if needed.
