Bright clean apartment, walking distance to port

This was a bright and comfortable apartment within walking distance of the old port and other downtown establishments. Very cute place, easy access, comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Portland Apartment

Nice city stay. We arrived at night so finding a parking spot was difficult. Daniel answered our call and gave advice which was appreciated. Shower was indeed fantastic and had plenty of hot water. Walked thru the nearby park on the way to the Miss Portland diner for a nice breakfast. Would love to know the history of the location… assuming at one time it was a corner market or bar? Remodeled now into a fun, unique space.

Hidden Gem

The Apartment was as shown . Very clean , tastefully decorated. Every thing needed to feel at home. Parking was a challenge, but doable. The mattress in downstairs bed room has a dip in the middle and could use a replacement. We enjoyed the lovely apartment and Daniel was responsive to any questions or concerns we had . Neighborhood was somewhat sketchy by appearance only . Would stay there again .

Why they chose this property

This is the most unique property in Portland. It was once an old convenient store that was converted to our apartment. It has 25 ft ceilings and an updated modern feel in a historic building in Portland’s Parkside Neighborhood. It has a beautiful open concept living space with two ample bedrooms. The shower is the “Pièce de résistance” that features 20 ft ceilings with 2 shower heads two built in stone benches.

What makes this property unique

The nearness to everything you want to be while staying just outside downtown give you several advantages. You get free street parking versus paying for parking, and you have the amazing park right across the street. In addition you have some of our favorite restaurants in our Parkside Neighborhood which we like better than the more touristy options downtown.
