Tucked in a quiet Sevierville neighborhood, you’re about 17 min to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg. A cozy base for Winterfest lights, Dollywood events, and quiet off-season hikes. This 2BR/1BA sleeps up to 5, with warm boho interiors, strong Wi-Fi, a peaceful fenced backyard with fire pit and string lights for chilly-night soaks, and groceries, Target & BJ’s just 5 min away

A quiet, charming winter getaway home in Sevierville, near the Smoky Mountains. Whether you’re here for Winterfest lights, Dollywood days or a slow off-season escape, this boho-style cottage gives you a calm home base close to it all. The living room has a comfy sectional, smart TV with streaming, and warm decor that feels more like a home than a rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need for simple breakfasts or cozy dinners in, full-size appliances, cookware, dishes and a coffee maker so you can start your mornings right. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to gather, eat and plan the day’s adventures.

Sleeping arrangements are simple and comfortable: the primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The sectional in the living room can provide additional sleeping space so the home can accommodate up to 5 guests. Beds are made with soft linens and extra blankets for chilly winter nights.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious, pet-friendly, fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for pets, kids or just hanging out. There’s a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating and string lights that create a cozy glow once you light your fire. On clear evenings you can watch the sun set over the trees from your own fenced yard, right from the patio or fire pit seating area. The front porch is another nice place for morning coffee while you enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

Fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and easy self check-in round out the space so you can settle in quickly and focus on enjoying your time in the Smokies

We have one security camera above the front porch facing the front door and one in the back of the house facing the back door. The cameras are on 24/7 for security and are not monitored during guest stays.

We enjoyed our stay! This home looks exactly as adorable as it does in the pictures. The neighbors were nice and I thought our host Natalie very helpful especially given this trip was over Thanksgiving weekend. The location seemed like it was a little off the beaten path but it actually was in a pretty central location for our stay just 20 minutes from the mountain lodge our friends were staying at and 20 minutes from Dollyworld.We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location on the busiest weekend in Sevier County, I have seen in 30 years! The back roads in and out made all the difference in the world. Our dogs loved the yard and the weather was great for them.

Great Stay

My husband and our one year old son and 3 dogs stayed here. We had a lovely time. The backyard was perfect for the dogs. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and cleanliness was 10/10. The host was great with response time and solutions.

When we checked in everything seemed fine..there was a air purifier running so didnt notice the mold smell until next day..i seen this was an issue from a previous person..rather than covering up the mold smell it really needs to be addressed properly...there was a camera in the front and back yard that wasnt listed in description..the back yard was the draw for this place and my dog loved it..also shower didnt drain well ..overall was ok ..

Perfect Retreat

The owners have thought of it all. Anything you could possibly need is tucked into one of the cabinets. It’s like having everything from home at your fingertips. The space is adorable and was in the perfect spot. All of the “go to” places just minutes away! We had our dogs with us and we were so glad to have a fenced yard and patio furniture so we could enjoy the yard also. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice laundry room and lots of channels when we were ready to settle in at night and watch tv. The only downside was that we had to leave!! We will look no further next year, this is our go to place for our next visit!

Not what we expected

Let me start this off with saying we have stayed at dozens of pet friendly homes, our daughter is a competitive dancers so we are out of town A LOT. When we entered this home we were immediately hit with the stench of must and pet odor. We contacted the host and she noted property manager also noted a smell when on the grounds earlier that day. Our only option by the host was to leave with our dogs so they could clean the house again and put in an air purifier. While this might have worked for some guests our daughter was competing on the day of arrival so there was no way to take our dogs out so they could clean AGAIN and try to fix a problem they were already aware of. The carpets and the furniture needed to be shampooed to try to solve the problem, not mask it with an air purifier. The guest bedroom seemed to have a decent bed but the main bedroom bed felt like the springs would pop out any second. After contacting the host immediately we were unable to find a solution we both agreed with and we are now working with Vrbo to find a better resolution. We ended up booking another house with a different host and were out even more money. This was not how we expected our vacation to start.
