We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is so beautiful and is exactly as advertised. Exactly! Clean as can be. Nice quiet area. We absolutely loved it. Our grandchildren enjoyed it as much as we did. We will for sure stay here again. Our hostess was very responsive with any question I had. Loved it!!

Great place to stay! Easy access to the river with a dock. Pool is so refreshing. House layout is nice with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!

This house was a perfect set up for our family vacation. My kids loved swimming in the pool, and we made great use of the kayaks to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Very close to great food options and another kayak drop in that allowed us to paddle to the famous Three Sisters Springs. Everything with check in a check out was smooth.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was exceptionally nice, clean and heated and the house was spacious, updated and lovely. The owners were very responsive with a small issue that arose when we arrived and we appreciated their efforts. They also had great local recommendations!

Beautiful Home!!

We truly enjoyed staying here!! The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also in an amazing location. We loved going to see the nearby Native American archeological park and trails, and we were a short distance from other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is very nice and clean inside. The pool is very nice and clean. The lanai was in disrepair. The exterior is in need of attention. We drove by the property a week before we checked in and the lawn was in terrible condition. It was very long. It had not been mowed during the week we stayed either. It was 16- 20 inches long by the time we left. All the grounds were neglected. A large limb was broken off a cedar tree by the dock and laying on part of the dock.

Perfect for what we needed

This house was perfect for our annualScalloping trip. It was decorated cute and my kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. We would love to rent this house again in the future.

Great house with great hosts

We had an amazing vacation at this house. The house was very nice, well stocked and in a great location. We brought our boat and docked it right behind the house. All the necessary amenities were available. The hosts were very gracious and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Great family stay with easy water access

Spent Thanksgiving week here with family. Excellent dock space for our boat with direct access to Crystal River estuary fishing. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Super wide-screen TV for the football games. Host was super helpful and always answered messages promptly. Perfect stay!
