Located on 1/2 acre property with mouth dropping backyard that includes Pool, Hot Tub, Pickleball / Basketball Court, Water Feature that expands the entire backyard, Hammock between two palm trees with beach sand at your feet, 2 gas fire features, bonfire area, pool table game room, beautiful saltwater aquarium in main room, slidding doors that allow full access to the outside, large kitchen w/ butler pantry, two full size ovens, sub zero refrigerator, two large living spaces, massage chair, and location so close to Sandhollow lake. Trails for miles. and sooo much more!

Family Time!

The home was perfect for all ages, 21-88. Convenient location to visit lots of places, Zion, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon - we ran out of time between relaxing at this beautiful home and touring. It really is the perfect home to balance adventure with unwinding! It had every amenity making our stay easy, not having to run out to the store the minute we got there. And of course family nights of pickleball will be remembered forever! We just wish we had more time!

Beautiful house with everything you would need to have fun

Stayed there for my daughter 50th birthday. The house has everything that made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this house to anyone. It was very clean.
