Welcome to 315 La Valencia Cir, an enchanting residence designed in the Hacienda style, offering the perfect retreat for your vacation. Discover the captivating allure of "Sol Mate," your ideal vacation home with a HOT TUB located east of Carillon Beach and west of Pier Park. This three-story abode boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

The first floor welcomes you with contemporary living spaces, including a beautifully renovated kitchen equipped with a wine chiller, a modern living room, a dining room, a convenient half bath, a laundry room, and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also grants direct access to the astroturf backyard, which leads to a private hot tub. There is also a side entrance to the backyard by the house. Ascend to the second floor, where you'll find a bedroom furnished with king beds, another bedroom featuring a full/twin trundle bed, and a bathroom connecting to each room. Both bedrooms offer spacious walk-in closets. On the third floor, a cozy sitting room awaits, complete with a sleeper sofa, a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker, and an outdoor balcony adorned with a porch that offers a view of the Gulf, sunset to sunrise!

Enjoy a leisurely stroll to the beach from your Sol Mate's vacation home, taking advantage of the gated community beach access and tennis courts. Moreover, as our guest, you'll have exclusive access to a gated beachfront pool, enhancing your enjoyment of the coastal surroundings.

Great vacation spot! Excellent stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an updated house in the perfect spot. Very close to the Rosemary Beach area, but easier on traffic. The house comfortably slept 8 for our ladies group retreat and was in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was just a short walk across the street.

Beautiful home, great location master bedroom needs help.

The property was very clean. We thought the upper part had a pull out sofa - our.teenager was excited about that. For such a nice house the old microwave, pots and pans, and cooking utensils were a shock. The fridge and freezer were fantastic! The master suite downstairs had a brick for a mattress and no closet to hang clothes. We had no idea there was an additional living space connected through a door in the master. A deadbolt on our side would have eased our minds. The bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable and had large bathrooms and closets. Beach towels would have been nice; we brought our own.

Only disappointment was that the upstairs loft did not have a queen size fold out couch as the listing described. The main living room downstairs did. There were a few other minor issues/repairs but management responded very quickly and got everything I reported taken care of without disrupting the trip any.
