A Peach

The house had nice furnishings, the bedding was luxurious, there was ample extras like laundry soap, dish soap and such. A very nice home away from home. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Everything we needed!

This cozy property had all we needed while visiting the area for the first time in nearly 30 years. Property was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent this property in the future. The TV totally stumped us, a book of directions on how to work the local channels would be a nice addition. The only issue (my fault completely) was the lack of central air. We live in the south and I had forgotten that Ohio’s climate doesn’t necessarily require central air. We managed but a second window unit toward the back of the house would have been nice. The neighbor across the street seemed a bit too interested in our trip on the first day. Once I broke the ice and spoke with her, we were fast friends. I can easily understand her worries over a short term rental.

Cozy cottage by the lake

This cozy cottage by the lake is a great place to stay. The property is in mint condition, and appears to be freshly remodeled with new flooring, paint, mattresses and kitchen with granite countertops. The neighborhood was very safe. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by . Evan was a great host and attentive to anything we needed.
