This was our first time staying in a cabin and it was definitely an amazing experience. The cabin had all of the amenities that we needed and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again!
This cabin is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life in a quiet forest. The cabin is very clean and nicely updated. We had everything we needed. a nice place to get away.
This cabin was a wonderful home away from home. Close to the lake but very quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer and other wildlife. Host was very quick to respond to any questions before/during stay. Will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay and loved the cabin. There aren’t as many cooking kitchen items as I’ve seen in other places, but if you’re mostly aiming for BBQ or fire pit cooking you’ll be fine. The proximity to fishing was exactly what we wanted and there is a cute little general store nearby for last minute needs. We’d love to stay here again!
The Cabin is in a great location near the lake. We took our boat and had room to park along with 2 other vehicles. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will be renting from them again soon
Very clean property, Could not be more relaxing. One mile from The Lake, fishing was great, deer wandered through here more than once. Kids and dogs really enjoyed.
The cabin is beautiful and it was close to the lake. You wake up to bluebirds eating birdseed on the porch and deer walking by on the main road. The loft is great for family movie night. The living room was peaceful and cozy with the fire lit. Can’t wait to go back!!
Had a problem with the water but Brandaleen jumped into action to fix it for us. She was an incredible host and the place is great. Be sure to bring all your water to cook with and drink. Dishwasher isn't hooked up so be sure to wash your dishes by hand.
Dream base point for our visits to Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area!
We had an amazing stay at Brandaleen's property! We used the cabin as our home while we visited Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area and it was a perfect cozy space to relaxing after our days of activity and hiking. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. One thing to note for coffee drinkers- the only coffee-making option is Keurig, so bring K-cups!
Thanks for all your help and communication in planning Brandaleen!
Amazing place in the woods. The lake is amazing and it’s a ways away from the parks but worth the drive. If you drive dusk or dawn please be careful driving. The wildlife is out and about so save yourself the headache by driving slowly in the areas near the cabin. One thing that we felt is a drawback was the water is chlorinated beyond what I would have liked. It smells of chlorine and my wife said she had to rinse her face with bottled water after her showers and I did have burning sensations on my skin during our stay and after we left.
All and all it was a great time and a great location. Be sure to bring water with you as all the water in the house is nonpotable.
Had a great experience. The host communicated well and the property was as expected. It delivered more of an authentic cabin getaway, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s not some faux log cabin smack in the middle of Duck Creek. It’s a ways up there outside of Panguitch Lake, but lake activities and off road trails are right out the front door. Town of Panguitch is a short drive if in need of civilization. Neighbors are close but you still had a sense of privacy and the area was quiet overall. Property was obviously recently new/remodeled as even though it’s a quaint cabin in the woods, the interior was fresh with all the modern amenities. 10/10 would absolutely go again.
My children and I, ages 7 to 22, stayed here this week and absolutely loved it! I've never rented through Vrbo and wasn't sure what to expect.
Communication with the owner was excellent, check-in was super easy, and the cabin was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were super comfy, and my kids enjoyed the little video library (and now know what a VHS is).
I had coffee on the back/side deck and watched a family of deer, we saw more on the front side and while hiking the area, and the himmingbirds flock to the feeder on the front porch. Incredible! We had a campfire out back in the fire pit, made smores, fished at Panguitch Lake, ventured south for a day, and had an amazing time!
The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, and great appliances, big and small, and everything was clean upon arrival. Overall, super cozy and such a great space to enjoy all nature has to offer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
* If you use Google GPS to get there, know that you'll stay on actual dirt roads the rest of the way up. If you see a tall post with names of family cabins, you're headed in the right direction. Do not take a left until you see it on Clear Creek Lane. Google tried to take us on a shortcut through the actual trees. Lol
Highly recommend!
