Inviting Southport is an adorable coastal town you must see. This home is stocked for an extended stay including an inviting backyard. Sunroom, heated swim spa and lounging all come together for a relaxing experience. Located in the heart of town close to restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, fishing, beaches, golfing and much more. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, nicely furnished living and dining rooms boast a great experience for you and your family or friends. The primary suite is on the first floor with king bed and bathroom attached. 2 guest bedrooms (both with king beds) with separate bathroom located upstairs in addition to an adorable vanity space for overflow. Short drive to Caswell and Oak Island beaches and golfing, approximately 7 miles away. Bed linens, blankets and bath/kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own. Considering a long-term/monthly stay or more, please contact us for pricing.

It was amazing! Everything about our trip was great! The house was my favorite VRBO rental I’ve ever rented. The host was the most attentive and kind I’ve ever communicated with on a house rental. I highly recommend this rental in this fabulous community of South Port!

The property is clean, decorated impeccably, and has a well-stocked kitchen.The tea and coffee were a very nice touch! The location is also ideal. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and then relax in the swim spa at the end of the day. Kim and Kelly are great hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

Over the top perfection

We could not have been more pleased with the house, the location and the amenities. The house was super clean, the spa was ready to go and the enclosed back porch was perfect on a rainy evening. Town is literally steps away and the beach is an easy 20 min ride away. Check in/out was a breeze.

The Perfect House

Great stay in Southport to celebrate my wife’s birthday! The house was very nice and a great layout inside and out. Very close to all the restaurants downtown so a very short drive. Breakfast at Carolina Costal Cafe was only a block away and very good food.

Great Anniversary vacation!

My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary vacation here. The house was great and had all the amenities you could ask for. Hot tub as awesome on those cool nights. Southport is a great little town and had so many restaurants, cafes, etc. I wish we had more time to try them all. Love this place. Would definitely recommend it for a little getaway!

We had a great trip to Southport! First time visitors to this home! Owners were super accommodating with all the necessities to ensure we had a memorable vacation! Spotless, beautiful and the best location!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. The entire home was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the backyard – a perfect, peaceful spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and the swim-spa is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway! Kelly made the check-in and check-out process so easy and everything was explained so well. We can't wait to stay again!!

The house was everything it showed online and more! Such a beautiful home! Clean and beautifully decorated, all beds were so comfy, the swim spa was amazing.. we took our college aged children and a few of their friends.. and had such a great weekend. Beautiful house in a great location

This was our 9th girls trip to all different states and by far our favorite house. The hot tub spa was perfect to hang out in every night before bed. Speaking of beds… I need those mattresses in my own house. They were extremely comfortable. Multiple of the 6 girls on the trip plan to return with our families in the future. I would absolutely recommend this house and the area to anyone who asks.

Perfect Get-away!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Southport. This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has just about anything you'll need for your stay. We all enjoyed hanging out in the evenings in the swim spa after a day out. The beds were so comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything! The kids especially loved how large the upstairs beds/bedrooms are, they didn't want to leave. The owners are very attentive and easy to contact if you need them. We did a lot of shopping, sightseeing & eating out, so many choices so close by. Oak Island & Caswell beach are close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!

WAAAY better than expected!

The displayed photos are accurate, but in person, the house looks even better. It's a new-ish property and lives large with the wonderful outdoor spaces. It's rare to find a 3BR property where all three bedrooms have king size beds. Kitchen was roomy, up-to-date, and well stocked - very easy to work in. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, covered dining porch, and screened porch. Plenty of parking and our rental golf cart was easy to plug in with the owners extension cord. They thought of everything. Thank you, Kelly and Kimberly!

Better then advertised

The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures honestly don’t do the house justice. The house had things like condiments, spices and other cooking staples provided. It was also decorated beautifully. The hot tub was AMAZING! Every single one of us (5 girlfriends) were impressed with the whole experience. Before we arrived, the host answered any and all questions immediately. We want to rent again next year but for a longer trip! Highly recommend this home, it’s a steal!
