Port Jervis weekend

We booked this property for a long weekend visit to the Port Jervis . The location was central to several events we attended and activities we planned in the area. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and functional. Excellent communication with the hosts and no issues during our stay made this, our first VRBO experience a success.

Katie is a great host. We found everything exactly the way it was advertised and the instructions were very easy to follow. When I had a question I received a reply in a very short time and we had overall an amazing experience! Thank you Katie!

Very uncomfortable

This doesn't seem like a place that should be rented out. The neighbors were not friendly- arguing outside and staring at us whenever we came/went, hallway smelled like trash and marijuana. The bed and couch were horribly uncomfortable. The unit itself was clean and spacious, but that's about all that was positive. The host was not responsive the day prior and the day of check in which was a little unnerving, but check in went smoothly and she said the app wasn't working. Also advertised there was AC, but the unit was not installed. It got up to almost 80 in the apartment while we were there.
