Quiet, spacious home nestled in the gold star Arrowhead Lake amenity filled community with 4 beaches, 3 heated pools (mid-June to Labor Day), a clubhouse with billiards & fitness room. You'll love this home because it is close to major nearby attractions, but also a great retreat after a busy day exploring all the Poconos has to offer. You'll love our spacious great-room, our large outdoor deck and our fire pit!

The spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and three sky lights has a couch that easily fits 6 guests. Enjoy sitting by the fireplace and gazing out the large front window or out the dining room slider to the quiet and private back yard. There are plenty of windows to view nature anywhere you sit. Our dining table easily seats 8 guests. Our kitchen is open to the living room and dining room so you can enjoy conversations with your family and friends while preparing meals. Great for families with children, we are kid friendly!

Our first floor offers one bedroom with a Queen sized bed, linens and four pillows. The main bath with tub and shower combo are also on the first floor. Stairs lead to the second floor which includes the half bath with washer and dryer. Follow our catwalk to three bedrooms with Queen sized beds with linens and four pillows on each bed. Each bedroom has a comforter, two sets of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths included with your stay.

There is plenty of parking on site with two driveways that easily fit 5 cars. To enter the home you will ascend a flight of stairs. There is a key code for easy self entry to the home.

Out back you will find a large entertaining deck with dining for 8, three chaise lounge chairs and patio couch with cushions. Descend a flight of stairs and make your way to our fire pit area and hammock.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Near Camelback Ski and Beach, Great Wold Lodge, Kalahari, Jack Frost, Big Boulder and many more Pocono attractions!

Other Fees:
Arrowhead Lake Community has mandatory fees for all rental guests entering the gated community. These are in addition to your nightly rate:
Registration Fee - $20 for your visit.
Vehicle/Gate Access Card - Per Vehicle - $20
Temporary Membership - $8.50 per person/per night (ages 6 and up Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off season price is different).
These fees are will be requested via VRBO at least 7 days in advance so that I can register your vehicle and all guests. If there is a delay any more than 3 days prior to your visit I cannot guarantee that the community will let you in for your reservation. Unfortunately these fees are non-refundable by the community once scheduled.

Please ensure you have the correct number of guests listed under your reservation. Please be sure to let us know if you will be having any day guests, we will tell you the fee and request registration information.

You may enter the community as early as 10am the day of arrival to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 3pm. QR codes given to each driver must be available while using any community amenities including beaches and pools.

We do not allow parties.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! You may smoke responsibly outside of the home. If any signs of smoking are documented, there will be a $200 fee/renter may lose security deposit.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.

We offer pet accommodations with size and quantity restrictions. There is a pet fee of $100 per visit. Pets cannot be left unaccompanied in the home without an adult. If your pet is used to being crated, you may bring your own crate. Guests must clean up after their pet and dispose of waste properly to avoid additional cleaning fees. Pets must be on a leash when outside the home or walking in the community. Pets are not permitted at beaches or pools. The pet fee will be requested via VRBO no later than 7 days prior to your visit.
