Well equipped condo in a quiet community. Close to hiking trails and restaurants. Great communication with Robert during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at the Ventana Canyon Retreat.

Complex is in a great location in the Catalina foothills and has 2 pools 2 hot tubs, workout facility and tennis/pickle ball court. The unit is a little dated but had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The owners were great at communication and provided a wonderful list of recommended restaurants, hikes, golf courses etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is very nicely furnished and has a very comfortable king size bed. The location was very quiet, yet close to hiking and stores and restaurants. The hosts were easy to contact and the check in was a breeze.

Simply put, this place is magical. Beautiful landscaping, very quiet. Host was very attentive. Already planning a return visit.

Beautiful Location

Loved the screen porch and saw a javelina walk by. Great location near restaurants and grocery stores. There also is a gate to the canyon trail. The furniture is comfortable. Great place to stay!

Perfect Fall Getaway!

I had a great week-long stay at McFadden's condo in early November. Setting up the stay and my arrival and departure were seamless. The condo was just as pictured, and the bed was very comfortable. The screened-in porch was perfect for relaxing or a little nap. I was pleased to find common spices in the cupboard & coffee in the pantry. The location is also ideal and there are so many friendly people at Canyon View to visit with. I hope to be back!

Fantastic Snowbird Experience!

We were snowbirds for over six weeks and enjoyed everything about this condo. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and a very cozy screened patio made this a wonderful stay in Tucson while we were “at home.” In addition, the condo was perfectly located for all the outside activities we planned: hiking Ventana Canyon, hiking Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, and golfing at courses both near and far. The residents at the complex were wonderful as well - Friday night cookouts and always a warm and friendly greeting! This was our best snowbird experience!

Very comfortable

Everything went smoothly- The host was very attentive, the property was as respected, the complex was quiet and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed watching the hummingbirds from the screened in porch. This is a ground floor apartment, and we could hear every footstep above us including the cleaners who arrived at 7:30 am.
