Modern style house, porcelain, 4 suites, the master with 2 basins, swimming pool (1.30m) lit up with led, with water slide, deck and beautiful waterfall; the gas grill and the toilet are next to the pool, from where you can watch LCD TV, with SKY; all rooms with ecological air conditioning and orthopedic double beds, plus 3 single beds. the complete kitchen is equipped with a freezer, microwave, refrigerator, all new; the room has high ceilings and has internet; the house has a covered garage for 4 cars; housekeeper, takes care of the pool and is friendly; the garden is beautiful and all lit up.
Area of the condominium, with 24 hour security, with exclusive access to the beach, has a swimming pool, party room, barbecue, tennis court, volleyball and soccer, snooker, children's park and pond with ducks.

Bom custo benefício

Ficamos hospedados entre amigo e família e a casa nos atendeu bem. A comunicação com o Gustavo (administrador) foi meio amarrada, mas conseguimos extrair o que precisávamos. A questão do caução virou uma debate à parte, pela cobrança desse antes de entrarmos na casa. A anfitriã Etiene, sempre muito prestativa. Combinamos à parte dela cozinhar para nós, e valeu a pena. A casa fica localizada em condomínio muito tranquilo, com acesso à praia quase exclusiva, mas muito ruim de banho (principalmente na maré baixa). A facilidade é que a casa fica relativamente próximo a locais que facilitam a entrada ao mar, como a Ponta do Cupe e a praia de Muro Alto (média de 30 minutos à pé). O acesso a transporte por App na região também é bem atendido, ficamos sem carro e não foi problema para deslocar ao passeios e ao centro de Porto de Galinhas. Enfim, uma boa experiência que valeu a pena. PS: Não acreditem na localização encaminhada pelo VRBO, ela vai dar na praia de piscinas naturais de Muro Alto, bem à frente onde realmente se localiza a casa, que apesar de ser em Muro Alto, está longe das piscinas naturais dessa praia.

Minha estadia foi incrível. Tudo de acordo com o anúncio . A moça que fica na casa é incrível. A única coisa que tenho a observar é quanto as obras na estrada para chegar que não tem nada haver com a casa e com o proprietário mas incomoda pois é muita poeira e buracos.

A casa é ótima, tudo muito legal e bem cuidado, o administrador e a responsável por cuidar da casa também foram super gentis conosco. Única observação que faria, era de ter uma mesa dentro da casa ou uma tenda para cobrir a mesa da área externa, pois em alguns momentos bate sol nela e ficamos sem mesa para tomar café da manhã ou almoçar, a noite já fica tranquilo. Mas não é nada que tenha atrapalhado nosso fds, apenas uma sugestão de melhoria.

A casa é espetacular. Exatamente como aparece nas fotos. O Gustavo é um excelente anfitrião. O condomínio é muito seguro e bem cuidado. A localização não poderia ser melhor, a 50 metros da praia e com restaurantes e supermercado em frente ao condomínio. A funcionária Etienne é maravilhosa. Pessoa dedicada, prestativa, cozinheira de mão cheia e um coração gigante. Se Deus quiser voltaremos o ano que vem.

A residência é idêntica às fotgrafias apresentadas, muito espaçosa, bem dividida e extremamente funcional. A funcionária Etiene é um caso a parte. A contratamos para cozinhar e foi perfeita. É uma pessoa reservada, educada, proativa, cozinheira de primeira, sempre alegre e que garante a limpeza total do local. A casa fica em um condomínio muito seguro e bem localizado, dando acesso via carro a vários outros pontos de Porto de Galinhas, além da praia ficar muito próxima a casa. Só temos elogios ao Gustavo e a Etiene e certamente retornaremos.

Imóvel em condomínio agradável e tranquilo. Casa ampla e mobiliada conforme anúncio. Instalações super agradáveis. Recomendo apenas que futuros inquilinos façam vistoria prévia dos utensílios domésticos pois, a funcionária da casa me atribuiu um trincado (pequena lasca) numa travessa que eu vi que já estava assim. Diversas outras louças (pratos) também já estavam assim (com pequenas lascas) mas, nada que inutilizassem os objetos. Tratei o fato diretamente com o proprietário que sempre foi bastante solícito e acessível. No mais, a estadia foi muito boa. Recomendo!!
