The setting is beautiful overlooking the lawns to the water.The cottage/house is very well equipped and clean.The location is close to a town with all types of services and amenities. Highly recommended

Fabulous cycling week!

Naming the property as Serenity on the Trent is perfect!Gorgeous sweep of lawn down to the edge of the Trent. Super peaceful with only the occasional kayaker drifting by and a few folks casting a line in hip waders.The cottage is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you’d ever need including utensils and spices.Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect and even a games room downstairs for ping pong and foosball. Our Hosts Gabrielle and Bob super helpful and responsive!

Peaceful, Modern Cottage Retreat – Ideal for Families & Nature LoversWe had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Nestled close to scenic hiking trails, it’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge. One of our favorite features was the peaceful river nearby—there are quiet reading nooks by the water where you can unwind with a book, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. It’s incredibly calming and a real highlight of the stay.The cottage itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the latest amenities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and designed with guests in mind. It’s especially great for larger families or groups, with plenty of room for everyone to feel at home.A small note: if you’re staying in the downstairs bedrooms, you might consider bringing earplugs—the sound of ppl upstairs carries through the floorOverall, this was a peaceful and memorable getaway.
