Peaceful & Clean Home w/plenty amenities!
Quiet, safe neighborhood, 5-minute walk to park. Large rooms and living spaces. Two outdoor seating areas, one in the front of the house and one off the kitchen with TV - very peaceful and private!
The upstairs offers a master bedroom/bathroom combo with 1 king bed, two bedrooms with bunkbeds (one has a full over the twin, the other is 2 twins), the second bathroom (**both bathrooms are upstairs**), kitchen, dining and living room.
The downstairs offers the 4th bedroom with a full-sized bed, full laundry, exercise area, bar and family room with an optional double air mattress with linens for use.
All new appliances 2024. Fire pit, grill, hammock and trampoline outside. Lots of amenities. All linens, bedding, cookware available in home. Feels like home!
Close to EAA, Kwik Trip, Dollar General, parks, golfing.
Home will be cleaned and disinfected prior to check in. Renter will be given garage code for access.
