MOUNTAIN OASIS is a brand new (June 2023) custom mountain home located in the reclaimed new development Watersong. This property is perfect for guests looking for a stylish retreat away from the city with all the comforts of home.

~ Fishing is permitted on the common area located by the bridge (STRICTLY catch & release)

~ Located within miles of some of the best Mountain Biking Trails in the South East. Bear Creek & Pinhoti Trailheads just 4.6 miles away.
~ Fiber Internet!!!! No data limits and consistent speeds above 100 Mbps. We have the fastest wifi in the area!
~ Just 10 min from downtown Ellijay and 25 min to Main Street in Blue Ridge.
