On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom with full-ensuite bathroom, primary living room with stone fireplace, kitchen & (2) dining tables, laundry room with an office desk....and then access to the temperature-controlled garage game room with large screen TV, foos ball and ping pong!
On the lower level we have (3) bedrooms - all with SMART TV's, along with a 2nd gas fireplace & bar area within the lower-level family room.
Enjoy the great amenities including (8) SMART Tv's, propane-based grill & griddle, fire table on covered lakeside deck, multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy Lake Norman including on the lower level of your private dock, corn hole boards and 2 adult kayaks when you are ready to go enjoy the Lake!
