This was perfect in every way for my stay. SO comfortable, hosts were super responsive, the yard was super nice and all kitchen items needed were there. Tastefully furnished, nice neighborhood with great quiet for sleep, and basically everything positive!

This home was perfect for our family's needs in moving our son back to UCD. It's in a quiet family neighborhood with a beautiful park down the street. The beds were the most comfortable of any property we've ever stayed at. The kitchen is well stocked. The AC worked great. One of the bedrooms has a desk which was perfect because my husband had to work. It also has a large backyard which has become the hangout for neighborhood cats. It was fun to watch them. :)We'll definitely try to stay again when in the area.

Great location for multi-generation stay

We loved the location of this house for our Thanksgiving long weekend in Sacramento. Easy access to Land Park, the zoo and Fairytale Land. The backyard of the house was great for kids to play in and we loved walking in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable in the house and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 3 adults and 2 dogs, but I could see it working equally well for families with kids. Communication with the host was exceptional at all times. Everything was clean and just as described. Comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen really nicely stocked, including a great coffee/tea station. We're already planning a return visit.

Nice layout

Nice home. 4 rooms with nice beds and a big backyard for hanging out with friends or family. The spa water was old and needed to be changed, so we did not utilize the spa.

Bibi and Auntie trip

The property was perfect for hanging out with the grands & great niece & nephew. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Big comfy couch and beds for all. Cooking on an electric stove was new, but easy to do. Lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees in back that we picked. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the lovely large backyard due to rain. Would stay again.

Great work from home / family vacation spot

We booked this place to work from home and visit family in the area. High speed internet supported both our video calls. Clean comfortable house with everything we needed to cook. Nice beds and linens. Owner responsive when we had questions. Hot tub needed a little help when we got there and the owner came and fixed it up quickly. Nice walkable safe area. Beautiful part of Sacramento. Would stay again.came quickly to help us get it going

We spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of five adults in Sacramento for a family celebration. The house is located in a lovely residential community with quick access to midtown Sacramento and Land Park. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard and patio, filled with fruit trees (the grapefruit were ripe and delicious). Most of all we appreciated Ryker's responsiveness to our questions and requests. We had an exceptional time and would recommend this house to both families with children and groups of adults.

This was the perfect stay for a UC Davis graduation. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard, and we were only 10-15 minutes away from the ceremony.The neighborhood was safe and quiet and perfect for walking our dogs in the morning and evening.
