Welcome to our peaceful 5-acre retreat near Dripping Springs and Austin that has everything you need to enjoy time with friends and family. The recently-renovated house features high vaulted ceilings, open living space, and a kitchen outfitted by a Michelin-star chef. We've completed the relaxing outdoor space with a pool, shaded tables, comfortable seating, hammocks, yard games, a standard gas grill, and specialty steak grill. Enjoy quiet nights and bright skies available only when you get outside a city.

As you step inside, take in fun decor that blends modern design with rustic charm. There's plenty of room for your group to hang out in the open living room and kitchen space. The kitchen features extra-long counter space, decorative tile and includes all the cooking gear and cookware you’ll need.

Our thoughtfully-designed bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for families and groups. The primary bedroom has a king bed with Purple mattress. Two guest rooms feature queen mattresses, one with blackout curtains for napping children (or adults). The 4th bedroom includes single over full bunk beds, and the living room includes two futons which can each fit one person, for a total of 10 sleeping guests.

Outside, our expansive patio and pool area beckon you to relax, eat, cool off and enjoy friendly competition. Eat at a screened-in table or picnic table with umbrella shade. Lounge on the sun chairs or take a refreshing dip in the cool pool to beat the Texas heat. Play one of our yard games, including cornhole, bocce and badminton. Or retreat to the front yard with tree-hanging hammock swings for shade and breeze.

Popular Dripping Springs destinations are just a few minutes away. Indulge in the vibrant craft beer and spirits scene at breweries and distilleries scattered throughout the area (Jester King is just a 5 minute drive). Dripping Springs also boats a vibrant arts and culture scene including galleries and the acclaimed Mercer Street Dancehall. If you’re interested in outdoor adventures, then discover the Hamilton Pool Preserve or Pedernales Falls State Park.

And of course there's all that Austin has to offer. Famous attractions including Zilker Park (home of Austin City Limits music festival) and South Congress are just a 25 minute drive away.

What to be aware of:
- No parties.  Quiet hours 10pm - 10am- Pets ARE allowed.  We gladly welcome furry companions and charge a $150 fee per pet for their accommodation.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees to repair any damage they cause- The homeowner maintains a self-contained apartment in the garage that he uses part-time when not traveling.  The garage is a separate building from the house, ensuring full privacy for guests- Please contact us if you are interested in booking ONLY when the homeowner is not using the garage apartment.  He can usually stay elsewhere during your stay if that makes a difference for you
