This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom lake fronted villa is conveniently located in Oak Island Harbour, Kissimmee, Florida. It is southwest of Orlando close to US HWY 192 and 429 toll-road. Approximately 4-miles from the Animal Kingdom® entrance in the Walt Disney World Resort®.



Just a few short miles from Orlando's World-Renowned Theme Parks including the Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Studios Florida® and SeaWorld® Orlando and Disney Water Parks. So, an ideal base to discover the fun that Disney can offer!





Your Orlando vacation is sure to be a memorable one with this private lake view pool. There is plenty of space around the pool to laze around on the provided loungers. The pool can be heated for an additional cost (please enquire for details); not to mention the spa. The covered Lanai allows space for alfresco dining. There are child safety alarms on all the doors leading to the pool area.



There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day of adventure. Alternatively, cook your evening meal or just fill the fridge with drinks and snacks.



There is a breakfast bar, and a more formal dining space for an evening meal off the kitchen.



The family/sitting space is welcoming and offers large comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a flat screen TV, Xbox, PS4 and a gorgeous view of the lake.



Each of the 4 bedrooms have a TV; they comprise of:



1-King Master Suites with adjoining bath (Downstairs)


1-King Bedroom (Upstairs)


2-Twin Beds (Upstairs)


2-Twin Bunk Beds (Upstairs)


There is sufficient space to sleep up to 8 guests.



The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath; with an additional bathroom that has a shower. There is also a further cloakroom.



Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.



All towels and bed linen are provided (excluding beach towels and personal washcloths).



NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.



A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to arrival.

This house was very clean and the pool was very refreshing and all locators on a beautiful pond. Location was great as you are within 15-20min to Disney and close to all the shopping amenities and restaurants. Great house to relax with your family or friends and within a great location.
