We enjoyed our stay, especially the proximity to the beach and the balcony with an ocean view. It was clean and well appointed, with lots of extras like beach chairs and towels, and kitchen supplies including conveniences like spices and reynolds wrap! Having laundry in the unit was another plus. The pool and hot tub were at very nice temperatures as well. We found a lot to do in the area or within an hours driving distance. This was a quiet and peaceful retreat and we would love to return!

Most of all, Arielle is a thoughtful & attentive host. She goes above & beyond in responsiveness. She answered us at midnight when we arrived & were so tired we struggled with the security gate. We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary and she had a gift of his & hers coffee mugs for us. Attention to detail to meet guest needs is excellent. Toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies, beach gear, nothing was omitted. We especially appreciated the cooler! The ocean view & sound of the surf from the balcony were beautiful & relaxing. Stay here & you will be comfortable and relaxed.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. The furnishings were very comfortable. The decorating was beautiful. Plenty of very nice glassware and quality dishes. Arielle responded within a few minutes request. She was great. Would definitely stay there again. Beach view from the balcony was great. The Host was never more than a text message away and was very helpful before, during and after our stay. The property is listed as a "corner unit, beach view", which it was a corner unit next to the parking lot. It had a side balcony, (not covered), that extended out into the courtyard that had a view of the beach, but this is not oceanfront. The Host made sure everything you could possibly want was supplied, seriously! There were spices, foil, zip lock baggies, beach chairs and toys, games, personal needs, coffee and teas, and numerous other items. I liked that it had both a separate shower and a tub/shower. The bed was only a queen size, which I must've missed in the description, but as I discovered on the last day has an electric, elevated headrest which is great for sinus sufferers, sleep apnea, and acid reflux. This place is extremely secure which means you have to have a code to unlock doors/gates for car entry, pedestrian entry, beach, laundry, pool, hot tub, Master Lock for room key, and a separate code for keyless entry. We did have a couple of minor issues that the Host was quick to remedy. We had a nice little getaway and will be back again.

Yes - with a new mattress upgrade, we went the extra mile and got a base that lifts up allowing guest to pick their perfect sleeping position. I do hope you enjoyed our beautiful beach view from our balcony. It is a side view of the beach but a beautiful and clear one that so many guest truly rave about. The complex itself is beachfront which is why the property has beachfront in its title. This allows guest when searching for a place that they can just come right outside and be right on the beach, to find our little gem. We fixed the sliding door that is smoothly running again and I added your city pin to our map! Would be happy to host you again.

Our host, Arielle was welcoming and prompt to respond to questions. Excellent host and made sure we felt welcome to stay in the condo as our own. The condo was steps away from the private beach access. No wagon needed, it was so close! The second floor condo was easy to access and private. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and private gated community felt safe.

We have stayed at Royal Mansions numerous times and this was the first time in this condo and we loved it. This condo was just as pictured and very clean with so many little extras that were provided. We loved the view and sitting on the balcony. The mattress was so comfortable on the bed that my husband wants one for home. Communication with the owner was excellent! Any message I sent was responded to quickly. We would definitely stay in this condo again and hope to do so in the future.

I have a great appreciation for the healing powers of nature and the ocean. Enjoying the beach is one of my favorite past times and through hosting Snowbirds Paradise, I am able to share with the community this little slice of perfection.

Why they chose this property

Snowbirds Paradise is located on what I feel is the perfect beach. There is a wide portion of sand leading to the ocean making the beach feel spacious and open. There is a perfect background of trees and bushes along the walkway leading to the beach, giving the beach a subtle primitive nature vibe while still being in a developed and amenity filled location. The beach forms the perfect flat portion of compact sand near the shoreline for daily beach walks, runs, and bike rides. The morning guest includes a variety of birds and on occasion the cutest turtles making their way along their own paths. Snowbirds Paradise is also located along a nicely paved bike and walking path that can offer guests options to take leisurely walks towards the coco beach pier and its surrounding areas. The neighborhood is gated, quiet and safe, perfect for peace of mind and allowing for full relaxation when vacationing.
