Getting to tourist sites in Manhattan is easy with multiple modes of transportation into the city via the NJ Waterway ferries, Path trains, NJ transit buses or the Light Rail. A bus to NYC is right around the corner. The PATH train station and ferry to NYC is a quick 15 minute walk. Perfect location for business or leisure travelers. Stevens University is a few short blocks away.

Lovely apartment conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for a week in the apartment with our two kids (8 and 11), it was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds and tv and video games. Our bedroom was comfortable and with plenty of space. We went into the city every day using a variety of transportation methods, the most convenient being the bus stops located a couple of blocks in either direction that would take you right into the city (to the Port Authority Bus Terminal), for around $10 for the four of us. We also walked down to the PATH station one day, which is a good walk but not too far, and we even got a ferry back from the city one day. There are quite a few cafes within walking distance as well as an ACME supermarket that had everything we needed for our stay.

Absolute perfection!

Our stay at 742 Park was phenomenal. As former residents of NYC/Hoboken, we already knew the location was perfect, but we couldn't have predicted that the apartment itself would be so wonderful. Visiting with our daughter and her best friend, the apartment was perfectly balanced to give them and us our own spaces. We cooked the first night and lacked for NOTHING in the kitchen. Bagels (on the Hudson) and our favorite coffee shop (Empire) were easily walkable, as was the PATH and anything else we needed. Seriously, just the most lovely home. Thank you, Danielle!

Wonderful property close to the city

We enjoyed our stay here, it was close to public transport to get to the city. We really enjoyed Hoboken’s shopping just a few blocks away. The owner was very responsive with any questions we may have had. Will stay here again.

Great place

Apartment was clean and a great location, close to public transportation to get into Manhattan easily, but still in a quiet/clean neighborhood. Didn't get check in information until morning of, but host was easy to get a hold of and was helpful.

NYC/Hoboken Getaway

The unit is well located. It's also clean and listed accurately. We had a vehicle so I wish there was more information available for vehicle accomodations. We figured it out after a $50 street parking ticket.
