We loved our stay here. If you’re looking for a private, quiet, and secluded place that is still convenient to good restaurants, wineries, shops, and historic sites, this place is for you. Our host was so helpful, and her dogs were an added bonus. We would stay here again.
The location and scenery were great. My family loved the pool after long, hot days at a horse show. Zann was delightful and generous - we could not have asked for a better host!
This vacation was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pool and the peace as quiet…, just what the doctor ordered!!! The house was very clean and afforded everything we needed or wanted! Zann the owner/manager was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome! We would return there for another vacation in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for your hospitality. 😊
Aunt Judy's Cabin was an absolute delight for our family of three. It was comfortable and had all amenities necessary for a weekend retreat into the Blue Ridge Mountains. The location is amazing--truly blissful, quiet, and serene sunrises and sunsets. Property owner, Zann, was a delight to work with--informative, welcoming, prompt, and kind. We hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Scenery, Clean, & close to Culpeper!
My husband, two dogs, and one year old spent a few nights at this gorgeous cabin. It was perfect for our little family with the bed and bath upstairs (with a gate for the stairs!!!) and the kitchen and couch downstairs. We had everything we needed including a DVD player and WiFi. We spent most of our time driving to Davis St in Culpeper and hiking around the farm.
We would love to stay again and will recommend to any and all of our friends! Thank you Zann!

Thank you so much. Hope you also got a chance to use the new fireplace. In warmer weather the rocking chairs on the porch will be the go to place . You all are welcome back any time. Zann
My daughter and I stayed at the small house, Aunt Judy’s house. It was small but perfect, with decent-sized, well-supplied, eat-in kitchen. The appliances and heat are quiet and, work well and are newer models.
Reva was the perfect location for day trips to sites in Virginia and Maryland, and to the many nearby wineries. My daughter loved being next to the cow pasture and seeing deer frequently in the evening hours. During the end of our stay, it was warm enough weather to read in the hammock on the porch that wraps around three sides of the house.
The host was so kind and always quick to reply to any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and I’d love to stay there again.
Perfect for a family get away. The host was gracious and we were never in need of anything. The kids loved the pool and Mon and Dad enjoyed the front porch in the morning and evening.
Beautiful property close to Shenandoah National Park
Tiny cottage on a beautiful piece of property. There's a small pond with fish, and farmland with deer and other wildlife. The host was very helpful and we were able to check in early. For the price and the close proximity to Shenandoah National Park/Luray Caverns you can't beat it.
We had a wonderful long weekend at Aunt Judy's house. The property is lovely. The view of the mountains (especially at sunset) is magical. Zann is a very gracious host and we (& our pup) had a very relaxing stay.

Not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews
I thought from other reviews and the pictures that this would make a great place to stay with my boys while we explored Shenandoah. I was completely wrong. When we arrived I went to unpack our cooler and was greeted by an opened, half drank can of pop in the refrigerator. The couches shown in the listing are not in the home. The living room has two twin beds instead, making it extremely crowded and uncomfortable for relaxing as a family. There were multiple large drywall repairs in the bathroom that were incomplete. The door and wall near the stove seemed to have not been cleaned in months. There were dirt/rocks in the small chair that was provided upstairs. The spare roll of toilet paper had unidentifiable stains all over it. We also were never able to use the laundry as the other homes tenants had their clothing in the dryer for over 24 hours. We ultimately left a day early due to the weather, but we were certainly not sad to leave this rental.
Had a great stay at “Aunt Judy’s”, spent the day hiking up Old Rag. Owner was very responsive helping us navigate at night. Only regret is not staying longer!
We were very pleased with the property -- the kitchen had everything we needed and the views of the mountains and farmland from the porch were wonderful. The location was also convenient to Culpeper and not too far from Shenandoah National Park for great hiking.
Cute house, beautiful location, loved the fire pit. It was too cold for the pool but it looked nice. House could use some cereal bowls!

Thank you, Allison. I am sorry you did not find the cereal bowls as we have about 6. Sometimes the previous guests find new places to put things. Next time you come, I will be sure to set them in a more visible space.

Aunt Judy's was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The location was just close enough to Culpeper that we could run to town for dinner in about 10 minutes, but just far enough into the country that the sounds of a busier life melted away.
We sat out on the porch each evening watching the sunset and listening to the cows. During the day, we walked around the property and the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from Bruce Mtn. took our breath away.
The owner was very good at communicating with us and we felt we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back.
We had a lovely stay at Aunt Judy 's. Very quiet and peaceful. We picked the location as being central to sites we wanted to see, Montecello, Great Falls and Shenendoah Caverns. Our host was very charming and kind. She shared the history of the property with us which made our stay extra special. Thanks E
This property was rich in history and beauty. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed walks with our dog and our dog enjoyed a dip in the pond. Would definitely stay here again.
