The manor itself rises gracefully across two spacious levels, offering 3 warm and welcoming bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—an ideal retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Tucked away in the quiet heart of rural Culpeper County, Hilltop Hideaway Manor is embraced by a canopy of towering trees and the soft whispers of nature. Inside you will be welcomed into a 2 level spacious home with three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. With a king bed, queen bed, two double beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy a sunset while barbequing on the gas grill and enjoy your mean at the large table with plenty of seating. This home encourages you to enjoy the splendor of nature and does not have any televisions. However, Wi-Fi is provided, and you are welcome to bring your own Wi-Fi enabled devices.
The Blue Ridge Mountains and Skyline Drive are nearby and accessible for a nice day trip. There you can hike, picnic, or take leisurely scenic drive. There are also many historic homes to visit in the area. There are many quaint towns hosting fabulous shops wineries, breweries, distilleries and gourmet restaurants. Culture and history abound and are within an easy drive from Hilltop Hideaway Manor.
GUEST ACCESS
Taking a private gravel country road, passing cattle, horses, and farm fields and on top of a small mountain sits Hilltop Hideaway Manor. There is ample privacy within the 25 acres of woodlands. The entire manor and all the grounds surrounding it are for the guests, excluding the grounds keeper's quarters which is a basement apartment with separate entrance and parking.

Hilltop Hideaway is conveniently located within proximity to various attractions. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Shenandoah National Park, which includes Skyline Drive, are close to each other and offer a scenic drive through the Appalachian Mountains.

Blue Ridge Parkway runs through Virginia and North Carolina, beautiful overlooks, hiking trails, and diverse flora and fauna. There are activities of: hiking, picnicking, wildlife viewing, and visiting historical sites.
Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, located in Virginia, runs the length of the park, stunning vistas, hiking trails, waterfalls, and abundant wildlife. You will find that not only the Park but also Skyline drive has hiking trails along with scenic driving
Both areas are renowned for their natural beauty and offer a wealth of outdoor activities, making them popular destinations for nature enthusiasts and tourists.
The Shenandoah River has many places to venture into the river from public access where you can launch your own canoe or tube, or use any of the outfitters from Front Royal to Luray. Swimming can be found at Lake Arrowhead or the Warrenton Aquatic Center that sports two indoor pools slides and a lazy river.
There also are local wineries and nearby breweries. Treat yourself to delicious cuisine to fine dining at restaurants just a short drive away in the local towns of Culpeper, Warrenton, Washington, and Sperryville. There are also the historic homes of Virginia Presidents: Monticello, in Charlottesville is the estate of our third president, Thomas Jefferson, Montpelier in Montpelier Station is the estate of our fourth president James Madison.
The entire property, excluding the grounds keeper's quarters, is for your enjoyment. Please note that the grounds keeper resides in the basement apartment and has their own private entrance and parking spot.

There are several outdoor cats that have become ambassadors of Hilltop Hideaway Manor. They are very well cared for and live in an insulated and heated cat house of their own. Usually keeping to themselves, but if you are lucky, they may come to visit you. They are friendly, but please do not feed them, or allow them inside the house.
