WE DO NOT RENT THE PROPERTY THROUGH REAL ESTATE AGENTS. DIRECT RENTAL WITH OWNER!
Property rental, with great location in Praia do Estaleirinho, less than 30 meters from the beach, ideal area for family, being located in land with large green area, surrounded, with electronic gate and security cameras.
House for rent in high season and holidays, for 4 people. The house has: 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area, covered outdoor area, barbecue, garage and shower. Equipped with 32 'TV, air conditioning in both bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, blender, kitchenware.
- We have wifi internet;
- Owners reside in the same lot;
- We stuck by the silence. Respect!
- Your pet is unfortunately not allowed, as we have our little friends who pass during your stay in your kennel, for your comfort;
- Please bring Swimwear (bath towel and washcloth) and bed linen as we only provide one set of sheets per bed;
- We do not provide beach chair and umbrella.

Lugar lindo e tranquilo
Eu e meus pais, ficamos hospedados em julho, em uma das casas. Lugar lindo, muito tranquilo, ideal para família com crianças, mt espaço para brincarem e seguro. A minutos da praia, a pé, praia linda, mar um pouco revolto, mas água super limpa. Carina, filha dos proprietário, nos recepcionou mt bem, mt simpática e atenciosa, nos auxiliou em tudo, estava sempre a disposição, assim como seus pais, mt simpáticos tbm. Lugar ideal para quem procura por tranquilidade.

Feriadão de Finados maravilhoso
Eu, meu marido e meu filho, minha irmã e meu cunhado ficamos hospedados no feriadão de finados. Ótimo lugar, com bastante verde para brincar com os filhos, muito próximo a praia, um verdadeiro pedaço do paraíso. A Carina nos recepcionou muito bem, foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo para família com filhos. Ótimo para quem quer sossego. Se procura agito, a menos de 10 kilômetros fica a praia central de Balneário Camboriú.
