Not cleaned

The palms is a nice place to stay. The unit we stayed in was okay it was so dusty in there dust was covered over everything luke the unit had been sitting empty the shower had a smell in there the bathroom floor had little items and hair on the floor and throughout the unit. The ice in the machince tasted like baking soda was in it. The bathroom towels had stains on them not clean white towels. The unit does have a nice view. The bed was comfortable.

Hi Crystal, Thank you for your review. I will inform the Hotel manager and let me them know their house keeping employees are not cleaning well enough to standards. Unfortunately, the hotel will not let me use my own cleaners nor let me clean it myself either.
