Relax with the whole family/friends at this peaceful home in Chico, California. Enjoy the pergola while gazing out at the swimming pool. How about a fun afternoon of barbecuing, swimming and enjoying Chico’s sunny weather. We have brand new appliances in the kitchen, family style kitchen table, lovely cognac living room couches, Roku TV along with a sitting area and a small bar. You have 3 bedroom that sleep 6, king bed, queen bed and a full and twin. Full laundry, full kitchen with brand new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, dining table that seats 6, pergola with patio, large swimming pool, inflatables for the pool, very nice couches for living room with TV, modern bathroom with 1/2 bath, closets in each room with luggage racks, ceiling fans in each bedroom, central heating & air. Lovely home located by Bidwell Park, close to downtown, Resturant’s, shopping, post office and stores. Fabulous location and close to Chico State University. Family-friendly house & location, walkable to downtown

My husband and I visited Chico and were delighted to find this generously accommodating home. Although it was midwinter and we couldn't use the pool, we loved the design of the kitchen and dining area for family dinners, and the kiddos (who napped there) thought the sturdy bunk beds were a dream come true. To let the parents sleep, we picked up the children and headed out to breakfast at a different spot each morning: Beatniks, Tin Roof, Jack's, Roost Café, Helen's Donut Nook. The fresh air and peaceful walk got the day started right. The common area was open and large enough for one child to play chess with grandpa while the other zoomed a remote-control car in the spacious living room
