This lovely and spacious house features a living room, family room, dining area, game room, and office space, providing plenty of living space for you to enjoy with your friends and family or for your business trip. let's not forget our outdoor seating area, where you can relax, grill, and enjoy our beautiful weather. Each of our three bedrooms is furnished with high-quality linens and mattresses to ensure your utmost comfort. The residence boasts two full bathrooms, one of which is located in the main bedroom, and the other is conveniently situated near the office and bedroom hallway. We also provide our guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a starter kit of other essential hygiene items.

Guest access
The entire property will be accessible to the guests. Except for the back storage area and two closet locks inside the property.

Additional rule
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The primary renter/tenant must be 21 years of age or older.
DEPARTURE TIME | CHECK-OUT TIME:
The check-out time is set at 11:00 am. We kindly request your timely departure to allow us to prepare the home for incoming guests. Unless a late check-out beyond 11:00 am is approved by the Host or Co-Host, failure to comply will result in an additional fee of $75.00. If any guest or member of the rental party remains on the property beyond 12:00 pm, it will be considered a day reservation, and a daily rate will be applicable.

We have five (5) security cameras on the exterior of the property for home security purposes. That Record 24/7 and are motion-activated they record video & audio.

RESIDENCE PEACE & TRANQUILITY.
To ensure a peaceful stay in North Las Vegas, please be aware of the city's noise policy between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any disruptive behavior that causes a disturbance will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the property. Please refrain from making loud noises outside after 10:00 PM, and absolutely no use of amplified music or DJ equipment is allowed. Violation of this policy will result in the cancellation of your reservation and potential legal charges in the amount of $1,200. As our guest, it is your responsibility to respect the neighborhood and those around you, as well as to maintain a reasonable noise level throughout the day. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and their property, and refrain from any trespassing without their permission. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
CITY COMPLIANCE ORDINANCE (Ord. 722 § 1 (part), 1982: prior code § 7.33.030)
ADDITIONAL GUEST:
Only guests included in the original booking are allowed to check in unless prior authorization has been granted by the property Host or Co-host. If it comes to our attention that you have exceeded the maximum number of guests specified in the booking or reservation, you agree to an additional charge of $125 per night, per guest. Please be aware that the maximum occupancy for the property is 10 guests. It is crucial to adhere to the occupancy limits for the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to comply with the occupancy limits and take corrective action within 1 hour of notification will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, as per our terms and conditions. If, following the cancellation, you fail to vacate the premises, we reserve the right to involve law enforcement to assist with your removal from the property.
VISITOR | BUSINESS MEETING:
A visitor refers to someone who is present on the Property for a period of a few hours but not staying overnight. The maximum number of visitors at any given time is limited to THREE (3) per day. Guests are required to inform Infinity Rental Group LLC about any visitors and provide their First Name, Last Name, and Age for emergency record-keeping purposes, ensuring accurate information is available to local responders if needed.
RENTAL HOUSE RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
a) NO SMOKING AND VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE
We do not allow any smoking indoors, whether cigarette, vaping, cannabis or any illegal substance use of any kind, at any time. If smoking occurs indoors during your stay, up to $500 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment
b) ANIMAL/PET
We do not allow animals of any kind on the property.
c) HOME SECURITY
Lock doors and windows whenever you leave the house.
d) CARPET AREA
Please remove your shoes before entering the house to avoid any mud stains during raining season.
e) PYROTECHNICS & FIREWORKS
Pyrotechnics & Fireworks are not allowed on, in, or around the property at any time.
f) DAMAGES / MISSING ITEMS / STAINS
Guest is fully responsible for any damages, stolen items, and stains soft or hard that occur on any furniture, flooring, linen or bed as well walls during their stay and by under ages children, guests' invitees, or themselves. Monetary compensation will be required to cover the cost of the repair or replacement as well as stolen items or stains.
g) LIGHTS & AC
Please! Turn off all the lights when you go out.
h) EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Our policy requires that guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by themselves or any member of their party, and they will be charged accordingly. Examples of extra cleaning that may result in additional fees include the removal of large amounts of trash, confetti, hair, balloons, or any other excessive messes after check-out. Fee range from $150 to $500.
p) CAMERAS - WIFI- SMART LOCK
Guest may not tamper with or disconnect Wi-Fi, outdoor security camera, or smart door lock as well as noise monitoring equipment inside or outside the property. This will result in immediate termination of their booking/reservation, the guest will be asked to leave immediately, and forfeiture of all rent paid. Future reservations will not be accepted.
q) PERSONAL BELONGINGS LEFT BEHIND
Before checking out double-check underneath the bed, closet, bathroom, and drawers for personal items. The owner & Owner staff are not responsible for any item left behind by our guest/tenant. if you leave something behind, we will not ship it to you unless you provide a label and mailing instructions along with providing insurance on any item that you want to be shipped back. We are not responsible for any item we ship to you that doesn't make it to its destination. The fee for shipping an item to you even if you provide a label is $75.
r) SEWER SYSTEM
"DO NOT FLUSH" Anything other than toilet paper. No feminine & baby wipes products should be flushed at any time. If feminine or baby wipes products have been flushed and this clogs the sewer system you will be fully responsible for the cost of the plumbing service company to make the necessary repairs.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT:
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, Host or Co-Host, its respective affiliates, and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages, to persons and/or property, fines liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including the claim for loss or damages to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. if you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible to ship them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
