This is a renovated 3 bed 2 bath single story house. There is a backyard patio sitting area that allows smoking. However no smoking inside.

Guest access
Please do not bring more than 2 vehicles to the property. Park in the house driveway whenever possible. Street parking is also available free of charge of course.

Other things to note
Quiet hours will be enforced from 11pm-7am. This mainly applies to the outside areas as noise can easily travel outside to neighbors.
