Beautiful 2/2 condo in the most desirable condo in Mexico Beach, Waterside Village, is one short block from Mexico Beach's sugar-sand beaches. Perfect for a relaxing couples getaway or a family vacation you will long remember. High quality mattresses and bedding, Flat screen tv's, a video library, local artwork, brand new quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, cook's kitchen stocked with spices, quality cookware, waffle maker, juicer and more. The condo overlooks the canal and the condo boat docks (free community dock).

The pool and hot tub area is just fabulous! Long wide steps at the shall end mean kids and others can relax without having to jump into the pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables and our community takes pride in keeping everything looking good. Sit and enjoy.

We have two barbecue grills located just outside of the pool area so you can cook dinner on the grill while the kids play safely just a few feet away. The city bike path is just outside the front gate and one half mile away is the city boat ramp. Local restaurants Mango Marley's, Caribbean Coffee, and Crazy Beach Pizza are just a block away

Bring your boat and park it overnight at the condo docks. Enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony -- watch the kids or the pelicans. Or cook out by the pool on the community grills.

Mexico Beach is truly a special place -- away from the crowds but enough to keep you busy for a month. Nearby Apalachicola and Port St. Joe offer historic and charming shopping and fun. Only 20 miles from Panama City.

Luxurious mattresses and high thread count sheets make sleeping a comfort. This condo is great for busy executives who need creature comforts for a relaxing vacation, families with small children, or snowbirds.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Dreamcatcher. The condo had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool, the view of the canal as well as the short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico Beach and hope that the community continues to grow and rebuild. This definitely will not be our last time staying with you all. Perfect!!

Just got back from MB and this was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Location is great with huge pool and hot tub. Short walk to beautiful beach. And this condo had absolutely every amenity that was needed!! April was fantastic to work with and I will be booking this condo again!!

Mexico Beach Vacation

We loved staying at Waterside Village in Mexico Beach. It was our first visit to the area and offered a less crowded beach opportunity. I kayaked in the canals and ocean front; rode bikes, flew kites, and of course enjoyed the beach. We ended up driving down to Port St. Joe for some additional restaurant and shopping choices. A wonderful spot!

Lovely, Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our time at Dream Catcher. Waterside Village was a quiet complex with a wonderful pool. While we didn’t take advantage of the beach often during our short stay (due to hot temps), the proximity was nice. Having the ability to bring our pup along was wonderful! April was very responsive to any questions we had - check in/out were super smooth. A trip to Mexico Beach was just what we needed!

Luze Living at the Beach

This is a beautifully decorated condo with all the ambiance necessary for relaxing days and looming sunsets on a daily basis. My two boys (ages 10 and 14) and I had a wonderful time and could hardly pull ourselves away after three days of lazy piddling by the pool and restorative relaxation at one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Simply an enjoyable, tranquil time for us all !!!

Family fun

This is my 3rd year staying in this particular condo at waterside. Everything is great, fully furnished with anything and everything you would need for your vacation. The communication with April is amazing! Easy walk to the beach, food trucks and the great new brewery!! And a plus having the bikes for the kids! We always love our time at MB. Will definitely be back again next year!!!

Amazing getaway!

My husband and I travel quite a bit…. This trip and condo was simply amazing! The owners have the place stocked with every little thing you can imagine other than your toothbrush and clothes. The pool on the property was so clean and enjoyable in the evenings. Walk across the street (with the beach wagon they provide) and enjoy the beach and fishing. We went a half block over to mango marleys each night and enjoyed food and live music! We WILL be back to stay and I look forward to seeing the other properties you own as well!

Great Experience

The unit was perfect for my family! The place was spacious and comfortable. It was well taken care of as well as the property. The pool was refreshing after a day in the salt water and sun and the hot tub was great once the pool area was shaded from the sun. The extra touch did not go unnoticed. The property manager provided simple items that are inconvenient to pack like spices, oils, coffee filters, etc. Great experience!

Quiet, comfortable, lots of amenities

We stayed 4 nights on our way home from southern Florida, and enjoyed getting to know a new place to visit. This condo had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed trying out some of the local restaurants. It was a bit cold for the beach, and very windy. But we biked all over town and then drove about 40 minutes in each direction to explore Apalachicola and Panama City (and PCB). We weren't able to use the pool (did I mention that it was cold?), but it would otherwise be a very nice amenity.

Home Away From Home

Dream Catcher at Waterside Village was truly a home away from home. This condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, minus food. All of the furnishings are tastefully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome, as were the walkways around the canal. We loved the view of the canal from the balcony. April stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going good with our stay. She's an awesome owner to rent from! I definitely hope to stay at this property again in the future and maybe even check out some of April's other properties for rent too!

Much needed time away♥️

The condo was lovely and well maintained. The kitchen was nicely equipped and made meals super easy! The spices available for use were much appreciated!! The decor is tasteful and the furniture is quite comfortable. The short walk to the beach and the view made the visit all the more enjoyable. April was so kind and made the booking process seamless. I would recommend this property without hesitation. It was great to see the progress made since the devastation of the 2018 hurricane. I love the resilience on display in Mexico Beach! This was our fourth trip (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2022). I love making memories with my daughter and Jeremy. Each time I leave there with my mind, soul and body refreshed.

We love Mexico Beach and spend as much time here as we can. We enjoy wonderful family and friends time here. We love the fishing and boating out in the Gulf and spend our days fishing in St. Joe Bay, collecting shells along the beach and looking at the stars at night. And sometimes, we just veg out and watch football games and HGTV on our big-screen tv's. We would love to help you enjoy your visit.

Why they chose this property

We love Waterside Village because it really has everything - close to the beach, amazing waterfall pool and hot tub, beautiful view of the canal, day docks so you can bring your boat, and now that horrible mean Hurricane Michael hit, we updated everything - quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful furnishings. Just soooo nice.

What makes this property unique

This condo has it all -- a large swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a short walk to the beach, and a beautiful view of the canal to enjoy while you sip on a margarita on the balcony.

Chris and I have painted almost every room of the condo to soothing sea colors and enjoyed designing a mosaic sea glass tile mirror for the kitchen. This is our home away from home and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
