Great host with great communication. House and lake access were excellent. Peaceful, quiet cove to relax by the lake.Great neighborhood with friendly people.
I am from Lake Tillery in Norwood originally and we have rented multiple pet friendly houses on the lake and this is our absolute favorite!!! We loved the space and were able to have family over to visit for a cookout. This house has everything you need and we did not need for anything. We brought our pontoon and had no problem parking it at the dock. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Sarah!!!
Our stay was fantastic. Spacious accommodations and tastefully decorated. The owners go the extra mile as little amenities were offered which made our stay very comfortable. The lake areas are beautiful and the property is great. Very quiet and very clean.
This was the perfect place for a relaxing lake vacation! We had every single thing we could possibly need - without an actual boat. The SUP was great and kayaking in the morning was wonderful. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. We would absolutely stay there again! 10/10
After a little confusion, Sarah got everything in order. Great communications, rapid response to our concerns made this a great stay. Lickety slip is a great place and we were very comfortable there. Looking at rescheduling next summer.
Beautiful house. Very comfortable for 3 generation family. The kitchen is huge and all the space allowed everyone to participate in meal prep. The bathroom on the main floor is really nice, especially the huge shower. Kids enjoyed ping pong and watching movies downstairs.Great place to stay in Norwood/ Lake Tillery.
The cabin was perfect for my group. Layout, decor, and all the supplies made it the perfect getaway for us.
Sarah is amazing and extremely responsive.
We are already thinking about coming back.
We h
This was a nice place and a good location. We left a tux there but unfortunately Sarah will not respond to any of our messages about shipping the tux (at our cost) or getting a family member to come by to get it, so make sure you do not accidentally leave anything behind. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.
This house met our needs as a place to stay for a family wedding with family in Albemarle and wedding venue in Wadesboro. The home was spacious with plenty on amenities. The only issue we had was that we could not get a response from the owner when we had a few minor questions. She had responded to a message prior to our arrival stating that she was dealing with a mountain home damaged by Helene thus the 3 star rating on communication. Home was clean. Had lots of activities for the entire family. Also, a great park with a walking track was a short drive away in Norwood.
