Welcome to the Boho Beach Cottage, located in the heart of West Ocean City. Where elegant boho style meets the beach. The cottage is located down a private, quiet, dead end drive way but just minutes from the boardwalk, Assateague, Berlin, or the locals beach, “Stinky Beach.” OR just a short walk, or ride on the NEW beach cruisers to some of the most popular great eats. The cottage features lots of windows to open to smell the ocean air. You will feel right at home at this peaceful cottage.

Welcome! The whole cottage will be solely yours. It has its own parking right out front that has ample space for 3 cars. The newly painted deck has brand new comfortable boho furniture, perfect for morning coffee or a evening cocktail. The deck also has a table for four, to crack some crabs or play a card game.

Upon entering you will walk into a open space with high ceilings. There is a very comfortable day bed (setup like a couch) in the living area to watch tv, or even sleep on at night. The TVsare Roku TVS where you can enjoy peacock, Hulu, discovery +, Tubi etc. Wi-fi is also provided. There is a kitchen with everything you need including spices, silverware, knives, plates etc. With a full size refrigerator and stove you will have everything you need to stay in and cook a meal, if you chose. You will find a complimentary coffee bar on the counter. Also a small dining table inside to use. You’ll find an assortment of games to play under the coffee table.
* Feel free to use the record player but only if you are familiar with them and know how!

The bedrooms are both equal size, quite roomy and equipped with ceiling fans and TVs. The first bedroom has a queen bed and large dresser. The second bedroom featuring a full-size bed and closet with hangers, feel free to unpack and make yourself comfortable! You will also find a blow dryer in the lower drawer for your use. *** The comforters and blankets are professionally laundered after every use, so don’t hesitate to use them!

The bathroom has complimentary professional shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.

Behind the house you will find the shed. Beach chairs (5), beach umbrella, a cooler and BRAND NEW BEACH CRUISERS (2) are there for your use! Please make sure to lock (lock provided) the bikes when you’re out and about.

***Linens will not be provided. Please be sure to bring sheets (1 queen, 2 full beds), pillow cases, bath towels and beach towels. Pillows will be provided (4 per bed) but not pillow cases. Several rolls of toilet paper and paper towels will be provided.

***Must be 24yrs of age of older to rent.
