The walls had scrapes, scuffs, and some deep gashes in areas. The bathrooms were not as clean and the guest bathroom had a spider living in the bathtub. The towels had someone else’s hair washed into them. There was food left in the freezer from another guest. The floor was bowing in multiple areas. Overall nice place and fantastic location, but the price was a bit much for the quality of the home.

Nice renovated property. Strong Wi-Fi for both streaming and multiple devices used for work. Responsive host. The neighborhood is a little intimidating but had no issues. Check in was smooth as was checkout. Very close to CLT airport and minutes from downtown.

This was one of the nicest VRBO places we have ever stayed in. The home looks brand new, exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this place to others!
