Perfect spot for Eugene trip

Great location ! 5 min walk to Matt knight and 5 min to Hayward. 30 min walk to Autzen. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town

And spotlessly clean. Barest bones kitchen. All furnishings decisions made at the l o w e s t possible price point possible.

Hi, Allan, Thank you for the feedback. Our property is not fancy, but it is a convenience, clean, comfortable place for the travelers. All the bed furnitures, mattress are bought within 6 months, and they are very comfortable. Our kitchen is exactly the same as in pictures, and matches the details in the listing. All in all, The house isn't very fancy to meet your standard, but price-wise it was perfect for the convenience location and cleanliness.

Loved this great house 1 block from UO campus. It had everything we needed - kitchen had all dishes, cookware, etc. to make it feel like hime including Keureg w/pods and creamer already stocked.Bedrooms were clean and exactly as pictured with plenty of pillows and bedding. The living room and dining room were perfect for spreading out and not being cramped into a hotel room. It was nice to have a place to park as it gets difficult to find street parking during UO events and events at Matthew Knight Arena. I'll look to book here for every visit for the next four years of having a Duck at UO.*One note - there is no hot tub as listed in the property description. We had looked forward to soaking in it.
