cozy house near the sea (150 meters with direct access to the beach) located at the beautiful beach Pontal do Boqueirao in Japaratinga, near the ferry crossing the river to Manguaba access to other beautiful beach. Furnished with 2 rooms (with 1 sofa bed), fitted kitchen, terrace (with table, chairs and hammocks), 2 bedrooms, one suite with double bed and air conditioning and fan and the other with two single beds (with option double bed), air conditioning and wall fan (60 cm), and bathroom., service area, beach chuveirão.
It also has a satellite dish with 2 independent decoders.

Note: We do not provide bed linen and towels.
