This 3,000 sq. ft., professionally decorated home with elevator has a reverse floor plan where the open dining, living and kitchen areas are one the top floor resulting is stunning views of ocean activity. The Master bedroom with private bath are also on the second floor. First floor areas includes 4 private bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, and wet bar for food and drink preparation. Beach themed décor and furniture fill the house so that you can enjoy comfort and luxury with a beach atmosphere.

Second floor granite countered kitchen and island feature new high end appliances such as a large refrigerator with icemaker, Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, ample small end appliances, new cookware, and new kitchen utensils. Open kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. Enjoy a comfortable furnished living and dinng areas along with a 75" HD TV for your entertainment pleasures. Half bathroom is accessible to all on this floor.

The second floor also has a 16.5ft x 13ft master bedroom with private bathroom. This finely decorated room has its own private sliding glass doors to the ocean deck. Sip early morning coffee just outside the master bedroom.

First floor includes four 13ft x 12ft private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. A wet bar with Fridge and sink provide easy food preparations for beach picnics and lunch under the Gazebo. The North West bedroom includes a 55" inch HD TV. Access to the beach is via the wet bar and two Eastern facing bedrooms. For you convenience our laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer.

To the East side of our home, enjoy majestic early morning sunrises while sipping your favorite beverage from either of our 3 stories of our large decks. Or, take a few bear foot steps out to the beach or Gazebo through our extensive deck platforms.

To the West side of our home, enjoy spectacular sunsets from the west facing bedroom decks. Also, enjoy the inland water way activity all day long.

HD TV's offer true HD live TV from HD antennas. Also enjoy multiple streaming hubs like Netflix, Sling, HBOmax, and Roku. Of course high speed WIFI throughout the house.

Due to the recent COVID pandemic, we have adopted a new cleaning process:
1. All major surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant including light switches, door
knobs, remote controls, cabinet handles, faucets and heavy traffic areas.
2. All linens, bedding and towels are cleaned with CDC approved disinfecting
agents.
3. All kitchen appliance surfaces will be sanitized.

For your convenience, we also provide an initial supply of paper towels, bathing soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergents, trash bags, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.
