Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Brand new home and Dock on Lake Norman next to all of the restaurants and activities in the area. Bring your family, boats and your bathing suits! The home features 4 beds and 4.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms a hot tub, fire pit and a pool table. Every Bedroom has its own bath! Bring the family and still enjoy your privacy. Almost every room has a water view! This is the perfect place for all ages to enjoy. Come and enjoy the best lake in the Southeast USA at Lake Norman.

The house is set up for fun. There is a large 7 person hot tub, dock on the water with room for three boats with plenty of seating and fishing poles. There are two kayaks and lifejackets for all ages. There is a nice fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs. There is also pool table, darts, four smart TVs and cornhole for you to enjoy.

You are right next to gas for your boat at Safe Harbor Marina. There is the Beatties Ford Boat Ramp minutes away to launch your boat. There are bunch of great restaurants and bars nearby. Chillfire Bar and Grill, Safari Miles, Latitudes, Sports Page, Joeys for Pizza, Kanpai for sushi, Lobster Dogs, Margaritas for Mexican and Midtown Sundries. These are just to name a few. There are several more to choose from, but these offer atmosphere and good food and are all within a few miles!

Family Bonding Time

We stayed at the Lake Norman property to celebrate a milestone family birthday. It was a great location. We had a fantastic time on the lake boating and fishing. It was a wonderful family vacation.

Gorgeous house!

The house was beautiful and clean. Loved the loft off the garage and the game area. The backyard was perfect! The home was kept up well and very clean. Jim was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Nice lakefront property with boat dock

Nice property on Lake Norman. Kayaks, floaties and fishing poles provided. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with smoke alarms going off for no reason.

Family time

Roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, swam at the dock, fun catching some fish, and relaxed on the porches. Celebrated birthdays nearby.

The house was better than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It had a beautiful yard, Dock, hot tub, fire pit, and right on the water to fish and jump right in. The host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we may have had. The kayaks were a huge hit for all of us. The kids loved to play darts, and pool. We had zero issues and highly recommend this house on the water and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great Lake House

The home was quite dirty upon our arrival and we did not receive our check-in information until we requested it from owner. Aside from those minor issues, the house was in a great location and was everything we were looking for. There was alot to do and overall we had a great family trip.

Great house

My family came together for my daughter’s wedding. The house was everything we wanted and needed. Owner has done a fabulous job with newly renovation. The fire pit, hot tub, grill and dock were very nice amenities for use during our stay. Plenty of space for a large group. Very clean and nicely furnished! YES, I would absolutely rent again!!! Owner was accommodating with quick responses to any question I had prior to and during our stay.

EXCELLENT host and house!

The owner definitely cares! They had thought out every detail and really went to great lengths to make the home cozy and well furnished. We were pleasantly surprised that they had provided everything we needed- from dish detergent to toilet paper and trash bags. This place is almost too good to be a rental! We brought our boat and were able to easily dock it and fill up at the marina right across from the house. The fire pit was so dreamy at night. The neighbors are VERY quiet. We stayed Labor Day weekend and never saw anyone out past 5 pm haha.

Beautiful and well located property on lake Norman!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. We had some issues on arrival (VRBO did not post access instructions, and cleaning not finished), but owner promptly made everything right. Location is excellent, close to stores, restaurants and marina/rentals, and only 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte! Property is brand new and beautifully detailed. Setup is almost 2 different living areas, with a 1-bedrooom suite over the garage with a full kitchen, living area and sun deck! Great views of lake cove and water. Enjoyed the fire pit and dock with lights and fan. Lots of comfortable laying out areas to relax. Hot tub looked amazing, but it was too hot outside on our trip to use. Would definitely rent again, host is fantastic!

I am a single Father from the Charlotte area. I grew up going to Lake Norman. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and I have flipped homes for 10 years. This home has a great history that started as a small cottage. I had to get real creative with county zoning, use a house moving company, Picked the cottage up in the air and built a basement below it. Then i placed the cottage on the new foundation which is the basement. I then added the garage and the apartment over the garage. It is all new and never been lived in at this point. Get your boat, bathing suits and enjoy my labor! Please leave some feedback and let me know about your stay!

Why they chose this property

Lake Norman is by far the best lake in the state of NC. In my opinion it is the best lake in the southeast!

What makes this property unique

This home was built for families and enjoyment! It is on year-round deep water. Plenty of living space, the hot tub, bonus room in the garage and of course a brand-new dock large enough to accommodate three boats.
