A full kitchen allows you to cook a meal or store takeout from the myriad of restaurants nearby. Close to Bishop Arts w/ boutique shops & restaurants. Downtown Dallas is extremely convenient with many options to avoid traffic. Convenient for Arlington and FW to explore the metroplex. Perfect for families or corporate stays!
The space
With lots of natural light, your cottage features 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom one- stretch out in the master with a king bed and comfortable sofa seating area
Bedroom 2- a comfortable queen with desk allows you to relax and get some work done.
Bedroom 3- this room boasts two twin bunk beds.
A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the house and is available for free for your use.
A spacious living room with sectional sofa, dining area and full kitchen are also at your disposal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or store your leftovers and relax.
The bathroom has a spacious tub/shower combination.
A full yard and small back porch allow you to unwind in Dallas after a long day.
PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is shared with the garage apartment. Please be respectful with noise and parking.

You have the entire house to yourself! The garage apartment is rented separately so please do be respectful of those guests. If you'd like a little more space and to rent that as well please reach out!
