We have the following installed for security and safety purposes:

2. Security camera pointed at driveway above the garage
3. Glass break sensor on first floor windows and sliding glass door
4. A noise decibel level monitor installed to prevent parties

Only the registered guest may book and must be present during the stay. Any guests over the house capacity of 6 will be assessed a fee of $200 per extra guest per day. Parties or events will be assessed a fee of $4,000 unauthorized event fee per violation.

This is a 3 story home and all bedrooms are located on the second floor.

House Capacity and Event Compliance:

Only the registered guest may book and must be present during the stay. Any guests over the house capacity of 6 will be assessed a fee of $200 per extra guest per day. Parties or events will be assessed a fee of $4,000 unauthorized event fee per violation.

Pets by pre-approval only.

Unauthorized pets are subject to a remediation fee of $200 per pet per day/night to cover extra cleaning. Additional damage or excessive cleaning will be billed at cost with receipts.

Check in and checkout:

Unauthorized late checkout or early check in is $100 per 30 minutes to cover cleaner delays and other guest scheduling impacts. You may schedule an approved late or early checkout with the host beforehand.

Smoking and vaping:

No smoking, vaping, or hookah inside the home. Smoking tobacco products is allowed outdoors.

Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $1,000 cleaning and odor treatment fee.

Commercial use, unauthorized photo or film shoots, and subletting are not permitted.

Violation of house rules may result in fees, additional charges through the Resolution Center, or cancellation without refund.
