The Carlsbad Vacation Rental. You'll love this beautifully remodeled coastal home in a quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings.

The ocean air will draw you outside to enjoy the expansive, private backyard with covered patio, fire table, hammock, and 2 patio tables for dining.
PRIME LOCATION. 5 minute walk to the Lagoon, 10 min bike ride to Beach, 5 min drive to Village. 10 min drive to Legoland, 30 min to Zoos, Sea World and Downtown San Diego. 1 hour to Disneyland.
This is a split level floorplan. 3 bedrooms are downstairs sharing one bathroom. The master is upstairs with private bathroom along with living room. Kitchen and dining are the main floor. Kitchen island seats 6 and dining table seats 8. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Tastefully decorated and comfortable.
***Beach gear provided - chairs, towels, sand toys, surf boards, ice chest.

You will have exclusive use of the home, backyard, and laundry.
Other things to note:
You might hear the train faintly in the evenings. There is also a nature preserve at the lagoon, so you may also hear coyotes, frogs or owls from time to time.

A home away from home
Our 10 days at the home was terrific! We were able to gather in the living room or dining room. And everybody could also have their space in their own bedrooms. The best of best worlds. Downtown Carlsbad and the beach was minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home!
