We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week. The property itself was exceptionally maintained, even larger than we expected from the photos. There was more than enough room for the six of us. our 20 and 25 year-old enjoyed the two bedrooms and living room upstairs to themselves. Our 13 and 15-year-old had their own rooms on the main floor along with our master bedroom. It was a short walk to the pool and clubhouse that were also exceptionally maintained. We also thought the property was perfectly located, convenient to both Ocean City and Bethany beaches. We also took short trips, 30 minutes or so, to Berlin for horse racing and golf… as well as a 35 minute drive to see the wild horses on Assateague Island. It seemed to us as a convenient location to everything we wanted to see. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, big, perfect

Very nice house not far from Fenwick beach in a pleasant community with a pool and workout room. Clean, big, and far larger than we expected, the house was perfect and Harry, the owner, made everything easy, from checkin thru checkout.

We had a great vacation and stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, furniture is tastefully laid out and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you Harry for checking in on us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Birthday Getaway

The house is beautiful. Very clean and modern with lots of space. We had 10 people with us and everybody had plenty of space. The community and facilities are also very nice. The pool and the fitness center are just a short walk from the house. Bethany Beach and Ocean City are a short drive away. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family beach vacation!

Great house in a lovely community! My family of four (kids ages 11 & 16) stayed in this beautiful home with my sister's family of four (kids ages 3 & 6) and the grandparents. The home provided plenty of space for all of us. Loved the upstairs sitting/TV area in addition to the downstairs livingroom. Community pool was a bonus! We all loved it and appreciated that it was a short walk from the home. Prime location to beaches as well as restaurants, mini golf, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was just as described on VRBO. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was nice. It is 10 minutes from Fenwick Island State Park beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We were concerned about not being closer to the beach but found it actually easier to access the beach than some homes we rented in the past that were right next to the beach. My son and Grandson enjoyed catching crabs in the bay and going kayaking. It is a great place to stay if one has dogs and family. We had 2 dogs and a family of 9. There was adequate parking for 4 cars. All in all, we had a great stay despite it being a rainy week.

Big and Beautiful

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, modern home. Plenty of room for a big family and a lovely community pool that we enjoyed. We cook a lot on our family vacations and I would advise you bring what you need to make meals, to include standard spices (salt, pepper, etc.) as there wasn't anything like that provided. The kitchen is beautiful but the cookware and silverware was not the best quality and there is no tupperware or anything for storage of leftovers.
