I enjoyed staying in your hotel. Very nice. Like how it is security to make we stay safe. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 gallon trash can that was in my room. I had to keep taking the trash out every day. But other than that. We enjoyed

Was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the resort and lack of maintenance upkeep. One of the elevators was not operational, fitness room was closed due to water leak, water fountain on lake was broken, whole resort could use being repainted.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the resort itself did not meet your expectations. The elevators, fitness room, lake fountain, and overall upkeep of the common areas are managed and maintained by the resort/HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control as the individual condo host. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you were still able to enjoy the condo and your time in PCB.
