Rustic Chic was perfect for my family's needs. It was very open and roomy, the kitchen is huge!! It is located in an excellent area, convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown Greenwood. The host was top notch, extremely friendly and professional. Very good communicator. I would book this house again if the need arises, and would highly recommend it to anyone who has to stay in this area.

This was perfect for my family while we were in Indianapolis for the INDY 500. They had everything we needed, it was in a great neighborhood and not too far from downtown Indianapolis. They made sure to check to make sure we didn't need anything and were enjoying our stay.

Wonderful "home-like" place to stay!

We really enjoyed this newly renovated home, particularly, the very open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. We were able to enjoy having our whole family together! We really appreciated the clean and comfortable atmosphere and would highly recommend this house to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house is very cute and there are several LEOs in the neighborhood that was very quiet and safe! Very close to almost anything you might need to run out and grab!

If you have an event at Barn at Bay Horse I would highly recommend! Was in town for a wedding there and the location and space was perfect! Zero issues with space, beds were comfortable and the kitchen living room was the perfect open space. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location for our purpose, a memorial luau at our cousin’s house just minutes away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well appointed and the property was one of the cleanest we’ve ever rented. Very much recommended …

Kingery Wedding

Beautiful property and location was perfect for the wedding venue which we were attending at a local winery . The host for this property was very easy and reliable to work with and the check out process was the easiest I have ever dealt with . The open and airy space on this home is great for little ones and very comfortable for adults as well . Thank you for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in a nice quiet neighborhood .

Girls weekend

We had a weekend getaway with 6 girls. Bedrooms were as expected. The Keurig and coffee supply was a nice touch. Living room is nice and roomy. Plenty of room for us to sit and enjoy each other’s company. It is located close to 135, so it was easy to travel where we needed. However the traffic wasn’t loud and the neighborhood was quiet. Lovely weekend!
