Welcome to our brand new, family-friendly retreat nestled in the Ballard neighborhood. This recently constructed 2-bedroom home is the perfect haven for your getaway. Close to the stunning Golden Gardens Beach and downtown Ballard, our cozy and warm place has a Master bedroom with Queen Size Helix Mattress and a 2nd bedroom with Twin over Full bed. Thanksgiving Trip

We loved the Ballard House. It seemed like a new construction, very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of amenities that made it seem like home and when we looked out the window we could see the Sound and Mountains! What a surprise! Great location and very easy to walk to Ballard. It was a treat not to have to do street parking which is very standard in that area. So nice to have a garage and driveway. Would definitely stay there again!

Great little place located in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and all fragrance free products were used! Living and kitchen is upstairs, bedrooms down. Everything you need is provided.

Exactly as presented

Move in comfort in this modern home. Great host. Extras worth every dollar. Could easily live here on this quiet street and walk to Rays for drinks and dinner all the time. Thank you Ryker.

Perfect for us

This brand new home was the perfect spot for our trip to Seattle to visit our daughter. We needed a dog friendly place with more space to hang out and visit. Really enjoyed the patio and the a/c. Nicely decorated and good amenities. Very comfortable and we loved how close it was to fun things to do in Ballard and Downtown Seattle. We may be back someday.

Great Home close to Ballard!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The home was modern, clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable! Thank goodness for the AC due to the recent warm weather. It was great staying so close to family! Walking distance into Ballard. Would definitely highly recommend.
