Casa del Mar by Zoetry is one of Cabo's finer luxury oceanfront resorts with lush gardens and hacienda style charm. This amazing condo is on the top floor (4th) in Villa La Perla and is conveniently located next to the Zoetry Hotel making it easy to enjoy their amenities.
The condo has a modern style with unique decor and lots of light. The kitchen and cozy living and dining room face the Sea. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
This gated resort has direct access to the beach, several pools, two jacuzzis, a swim-up bar, spa, pickle ball and tennis courts, and gourmet restaurants.
Please note: Animals are NOT permitted, including service animals.
June - Oct 15 is the time of year when maintenance and construction projects can be done on the condos. so there may be some noise during the daytime.
