Great location. Very comfortable layout of rooms. The kitchen and its contents were better than mine at home I think!! And how fabulous it was to sit in the hot tub and look at the ocean! I would definitely stay here again, but without those with mobility issues. The steep steps up the house were a challenge for two of our group.

Great location directly on the beach! Communication with the owner was excellent and our family loved every minute of our stay. The hot tub on the deck was a huge hit with our group. We would recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay at Gracie Bell’s Seashell! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub on the deck was nice at night. The house is just a small walk over the dunes to the beach. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the decor. The host answered all questions quickly. The location was convenient to get to restaurants and stores within 5 minutes. Would definitely return!

We have been going to OBX for the last 35 years and this house was by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. It's the perfect spot for a family of 4. I cant recommend the place enough!

Great beach cottage

The cottage is very nice in a great location, convenient to food and Outer Banks attractions. Guests deal directly with Anita (the owner), and she is great. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Family Stay

Great place! Location was central to everything. Amazing sunrises. Saw a school of dolphins playing in the water. Hot tub was great to relax in. Kitchen was spacious, open living area and beds were comfortable. A few grocery stores down the street to shop at for anything you didn’t bring.

Great location and property! Be mindful you’ll need to supply your own sheets and towels (rent or purchase). Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home and the house is clean. Overall a great place to enjoy the Outer Banks!

Fantastic oceanfront beach house

This home was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, the updated kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of seating. We enjoyed being able to walk right onto the beach or enjoy the view from the deck chairs. Restaurants and shopping are close by. We hope to return some day!

Memories for a lifetime

We had an amazing stay at Gracie Bell's-Anita is the best VRBO host we have ever had. So responsive with any questions I had before and during trip, home was immaculate, hot tub was incredible and cleaned twice while we were there, which was great! Views were breathtaking, dolphins at sunrise and sunset from the deck. We will absolutely be booking again!
